Welcome to
my home

The Sunshine Home is one of the top three care homes in Stockport. There are three.

I have managed it for seventeen years, which is a level of consistency most entrepreneurs can only dream about. We have nineteen residents and four staff, and the vast majority of them are still here.

People assume that because I run a care home, I am a care home person. I am not. The Sunshine Home is where I work. Success is what I do. The home is simply where I do it, and I do it very well, given what I have been given.

Here are some of the facilities.

I live on site, in a room I chose for its proximity to the work. Some people would see mess. I see a man who is too busy to tidy, which is how you can tell he is doing well.

Staff and residents share the same facilities. It is a very flat structure. Google does the same thing, and nobody complains about them.

Who I am

I am 47. I am not bald. I am thinning. There is a massive difference.

I have started more businesses than most people have had holidays. Not all of them are still trading, but in business the ones that fail teach you the most, which makes me one of the most educated men in Greater Manchester.

My wife and I are currently restructuring. None of this affects the channel.
